What are the procedures for scheduling a training session?
Contact us via phone or email with desired time and dates -> confirmation of time and date -> payment -> confirmation of reservation -> train.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept both PayPal and credit card payments.
What happens if I want to cancel a reservation?
A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the timing of cancellation:
(Individual Class) : 1 day before (50%); same day cancellation (100%).
(Private Class) : 3 days before (50%); same day cancellation (100%).
(Group Class) : 7 days before (50%); same day cancellation (100%).
★ 100% refund if the host cancels.
How can I change my reservation?
You can change the time of your reservation at least one day in advance. If there are no other availabilities, the reservation will be cancelled.
Is it possible to bring a guest to observe and take photos?
Of course, guests are welcome!
Can children participate in training?
Everyone 6 years of age and older may participate.
*10 years and over for Judo experience.
What happens if I get injured during training?
We take utmost caution to ensure the safety of all participants. In the unlikely event that an accident were to occur, we will arrange for medical treatment immediately. We are not liable for any medical costs incurred.
